The Decree enters into force on 1 September 2005.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance, which is composed of three articles and two Annexes, establishes limits for recovery of electrowaste and the reuse and recycling of components, materials and substances. These limits are specified in Annex 1 for individual categories of electric equipment. Annex 2 informs which Directive of European Union has been implemented by this Ordinance.
