This Ordinance enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Ordinance aims at enforcing the Law concerning the Protection of the Ozone Layer through the Control of Specified Substances and other Measures. It specifies substances set out in the above mentioned Law. It establishes the amounts to be provided for by the ordinance of Ministry of International Trade and Industry set out in Article 3-2 of the Law shall be the calculated levels of imports and exports provided for in Article 1-7 of the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer.
