The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2000.
Abstract

The Industrial Plants Basel establish a Solar Energy Exchange Board to integrate the solar energy produced in decentralized power stations in the Canton Basel-Stadt within the normal electric current distribution net to be delivered to interested customers. The text consists of 12 articles divided into 2 Parts as follows: Organization (I); Covering of costs (II).
