Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2000.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law implementing the federal forestry legislation of 29 November 1998. The text consists of 45 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Protection of forests against unauthorized interventions (II); Maintenance, use and exploitation of forests (III); Promotion and financing (IV); Final provisions (V). One Annex is enclosed.
