The present Ordinance enters into force on 30 December 2011.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Animal Disease Act of 1 July 1966. The text consists of 20 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Organization (I); Tasks (II); Trade with animals, animal products and other objects (III); Costs of animal disease control (IV); Enforcement (V).
