Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Medicinal Products Act in its version of 12 December 2005 (BGBl. I p. 3394). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the use of drugs in agricultural holdings. Article 3 contains details of the written plan to be submitted to the competent authority on behalf of animal keepers. The text consists of 4 articles and 1 Annex.
