The present Ordinance enters into force on 17 July 2002.
Abstract

The present regional Ordinance by the government of Vorarlberg provides regulations for the practice of fishing on Lake Constance. Part 1 contains provisions relating to professional fishing. It deals with authorized fishing gear, control, use and marking of fishing gear, as well as the different kinds of fishing nets. Part 2 concerns non-commercial fishing; Part 3 issues common provisions for professional and non-commercial fishing. And finally Part 4 and Part 5 pertain respectively to the sphere of application of the Lake Constance Fisheries Act and to organizational, transitional and final provisions. The text consists of 32 articles divided into 5 Parts.
