The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2013.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Lake Constance Fisheries Law (LGBl. No. 1/2002). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to contribution to promote fishing activities in Lake Constance. The text consist of 3 articles as follows: Contribution to the pursuit of commercial fishing (1); Contribution to the pursuit of sport fishing (2); Entry into force, repeal (3).
