Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2001.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Upper Austria Electricity and Electricity Organization Law 2006 (LGBl. No. 88). Within the framework of the Austrian tradable certificate scheme for promoting renewable electricity generation from small-scale hydro power, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the nomination of the central office for the administration the afore-mentioned certification scheme. The text consists of 2 articles.
