Article1 establishes that the measures concern the ascertainment of the origine of the disease and the control of its spread, the prevention of the disease and its diffusione and its complete eradiction. Article 3 specifies that the Agricultural Chamber of Upper Austria shall carry out periodical examinations on plants for the detection of the disease. The text consists of 12 articles.
