Abstract: The present Ordinance implements the Baden-Württemberg Water Law of 20 January 2005. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of a water catchment area managed by the “Lake Constance Water Supply Association” The text consists of 9 articles as follows: Geographic sphere of application (1); Protection of further protected areas (2); Inner protection areas (3); Protection of land (4); Protection of land near the lake (5); Obligations to tolerate on behalf of the owners (6); Exemptions (7); Penalties (8); Entry into force (9).
