Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the Water Law of 20 January 2005. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to competent bodies in water management. Article 1 establishes that according to article 83 of the afore-mentioned Water Law such expert bodies require an official recognition. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Conditions for recognition (2); Authorization procedures (3); Responsibilities of competent bodies (4); Cancellation, revocation (5); Entry into force (6).
