Abstract The present Ordinance enforces the Agreement between the Land Baden-Württemberg and the Swiss Confederation on fishing in Untersee and Seerhein (Untersee Fishing Ordinance) in its version of 24 November 1992. In particular, the Ordinance implements article 4 of the afore-mentioned Agreement dealing with private fishing rights.
