Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Regional Hunting Law of 5 September 1996. The text – consisting of 25 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following matters: statutes of hunting associations, organization of meeting of hunting associations, abusive feeding of game, prohibitions, animal species, hunting hours, shooting plans, protection devices, registration of damages causes by wild fauna, compensation payments, proceedings costs, penalties and entry into force.
