Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 April 1994.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Law on protection and preservation of nature and cultural heritage of 8 April 1992. Article 1 establishes that the Land Use Planning Office, the Cultural Heritage Office and the Archaeological Office are the competent authorities in the Canton. The text consists of 54 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Contributions and settlement (II); Special provisions (III); Transitional, final and penalties (IV). Two Annexes are enclosed.
