Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Law on hydraulic engineering of 25 April 1983. In particular, article 1 specifies that - considering public interest - the present Ordinance includes protection of nature and cultural heritage, fisheries, protection of waters, land use planning, forestry, water resources and others.
