The present Law enters into force on 1 January 1984.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Law on hydraulic engineering of 25 April 1983. In particular, article 1 specifies that - considering public interest - the present Ordinance includes protection of nature and cultural heritage, fisheries, protection of waters, land use planning, forestry, water resources and others. The text consists of 8 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Competent authorities (I); Cooperation (II); Various provisions (III); Transitional and final provisions (IV).
