The present Ordinance enters into force on 16 August 1995.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Land Use Planning and Building Law of 26 March 1996. Article 1 establishes that the Building and Environment Office is the competent authority in the Canton. The text consists of 24 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Planning (I); Terms and test methods (II); Building permit and control proceedings (III); Transitional and final provisions (IV).
