Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Water Protection Act of 24 January 1991 and the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Water Protection Act of 5 March 1997. Article 2 establishes that the Environment and Building Office is the competent authority in the Canton for the enforcement of the aforementioned Law.
