Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 23 December 1977.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Law on fisheries of 27 September 1976. Article 1 establishes that the Justice and Security Department is the competent authority in the Canton responsible for the enforcement of legislation concerning fisheries. The text consists of 26 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Various fishing rights (II); Cantonal fishing permit (III); Fishing police (IV); Special provisions (V); Penalties and final provision s(VI).
