Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2012.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to fees for spatial information. Article 1 establishes that the purpose of the present Ordinance is to regulate fees for the obtaining of spatial information and products of the official survey. as well as their personal and professional use. The text consists of 24 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Fees (II); Supply and transport costs (III); Flat rates (IV); Fee exemption (V); Fee collection and distribution (VI); Final provisions (VII).
