The present Ordinance enters into force on 21 June 1988.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Animal Disease Ordinance of 27 June 1995. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the control of animal disease in the Canton Thurgau. The text consists of 51 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Organization (1); Movements of animals and animal material (2); Control measures (3); Compensation for loss of animals (4); Contributions for the Animal Disease Fund (5); Legal protection and final measures (6).
