Article 6, paragraph 1, is also amended: the owner must destroy milk from suspect cows. Paragraph 2a is added to article 7 whereby in case of suspicion of contagion animals must be destroyed. Article 2 amends the Ordinance on leucosis of cattle of 2 April 1980. A new article 3a is added whereby the owner must submit animals to periodical examination. Article 9 is reworded: competent authorities are going to order destruction of animals if disease is suspected. Article 3 amends the Ordinance on animal diseases of 23 May 1991. Article 4 amends the Ordinance on animal diseases of 1983 (article 2 is reworded: competent authorities must provide the Ministry with relevant information on animal diseases).
