The Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Ordinance on transport of hazardous goods on roads (Hazardous Goods Road Transport Ordinance) of 3 March 1998. In particular, the Ordinance amends article 3a on Exceptions and derogations; article 33 on Warning signs during transport of hazardous waste; article 44 on Experts; article 14 on Hazardous goods experts.
