Abstract

The above-mentioned Ordinance amends the Ordinance on swine fever in its consolidated version of 10 November 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2701). The text envisages the addition of a third paragraph to article 4 which shall read as follows: "The attestation according to paragraph 2 is to be kept for 2 years by the animal holder and has to be produced on demand to the competent authority."
