Abstract

This Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry amends the above-mentioned Ordinance (BGBl. No. 76/1994) setting out in detail the requirements applicable to the various types of edible potatoes. The amendments concern, inter alia, article 8, paragraph 2, second sentence: "A part of the sample is to be sent to the Federal Office of Agriculture in Vienna for official examination, the other part of the sample has to remain with the requesting party as evidence". The same article, paragraph 3 reads: "The Federal Office for Food Security has to make available the results only to the requesting Office." Moreover, Annex 1 concerning different kinds of potatoes is amended.
