Abstract

This Ordinance amends certain parts of the Ordinance № 2 of 5 August 2020 on the implementation of measure 21 "Extraordinary temporary support for farmers and small and medium-sized enterprises that are particularly affected by crisis caused by COVID-19" of the Rural Development Programme for the period 2014-2020 (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 70/2020, and already amended in the Gazette 77/2020). Changes here made (terms from articles 8, 17, 23 and 24) shall further include a new Chapter “Transitional and final provisions”, which sets several eligibility and interaction provisions.
