Abstract

This Government Ordinance lays down some amendments and addenda to the Ordinance laying down requirements for the marketing of fodder plant seed. In particular, the present Ordinance establishes requirements for seed concerning germination and analytical purity (amended Annex 2) and requirements for the maximum weight of a batch and the minimum weight of samples used for the recognition of seed (replaced Annex 3).
