This Ordinance enters into force on 1 April 2010.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance amends the list of authorized active substances (originally specified in Annex 1 to the amended Ordinance), and conditions and timetable for re-evalution of authorizations for plant protection products containing active substances included in the list of active substances (originally specified in Annex 2).
