Abstract This Government Ordinance lays down some amendments and addenda to the Ordinance on registration of varieties of cultivated plants. In particular the present Ordinance establishes types of cultivated plants varieties which are the subject of registration (amended Annex 1) and types of cultivated plants for varieties of which economic value should be estimated as the condition of registration (replaced Annex 2).
