Abstract

This Government Ordinance amends: the list of harmful organisms which are forbidden for importation, transportation and distribution on the territory of the Slovak Republic (Annex 1 of the amended Ordinance); the list of plants and plant products containing harmful organisms which are forbidden for importation, transportation and distribution on the territory of the Slovak Republic (Annex 2 of the amended Ordinance); the list of plants and plant products which are forbidden for importation unless they meet specific requirements (Annex 4 of the amended Ordinance); the list of plants and plant products which must be controlled by inspection of all plants and plant products, or a representative sample (Annex 5 of the amended Ordinance).
