This Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2010.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance amends 12 points of the Ordinance on animal health requirements for the marketing, trade with other member states and import from third countries of semen of bovine animals. In particular, the Ordinance establishes requirements for importation of semen of bovine animals from third countries (art. 8 of the amended Ordinance).
