This Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2010.
Abstract

This Governmental Ordinance amends 20 points of the Ordinance on animal health conditions for the marketing of embryos of bovine animals and their importation from third countries. In particular, the Ordinance establishes requirements for importation of embryos of bovine animals from third countries (art. 8 of the amended Ordinance).
