This Order enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Order approves the Technical Regulation on Additives and their Maximum Limits of Use for Category 8 - Meat and Meat Products. The Regulation lays down a list of authorized additives for being used in meat and meat products according to their different use: a) with the maximum permissible employment limits, b) mixture of additives having the same function, provided that the sum of all the limits does not exceed the maximum limit of any of them, c) similar criterion is applied as in b) for the particular case of phosphates and derivatives that fulfill or do not equal functions.
