This Order enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Order, consisting of 10 articles and 3 Annexes, reserves the concession of hydropower exploitation to the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL), within the Itiquira river section, UPG: P-6, Correntes, and Taquari Basin of Paraguay, as informed in the Basic Design and Study Book of Water Availability with capacity of 20.00 MW. It specifies that water flows are intended to ensure water availability necessary to the viability of hydroelectric Água Brava, in the municipalities of Jaciara and Juscimeira, Mato Grosso, with the following characteristics: geographical coordinates of the axis of the water dam on the river Itiquira: 17 05'09.00 "South latitude and 54º 54'48,00" West longitude.
