This Order enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Order, consisting of 6 Chapters and 4 Annexes, regulates the issuing of Phytosanitary Certificate of Origin (CFO) and Phytosanitary Certificate of Origin Consolidated (CFOC) in the State of Espírito Santo. It creates the procedures to be adopted for accreditation and to investigate irregularities in the issuance of Phytosanitary Certificates of Origin (CFO) and Phytosanitary Certificates of Origin Consolidated (CFOC). The irregularities in the issuance of CFO and CFOC will be cleared by the Institute of Agricultural and Forest Protection of the Espírito Santo (IDAF). All professional certifying the production and consolidation process will be responsible for the process technically declared.
