Abstract This Order, based on the provisions of the Slovenian Plant protection products Act, here prohibits the circulation and use of certain phytopharmaceutical products on the entire territory of the Republic of Slovenia, in order to prevent environmental hazards (see listed products on article 1 of this text). This Order also prohibits the sale and use of phytopharmaceutical products containing active substances such as clothiniadine, imidacloprid and thiamethoxam on maize and rape seed.
