This text entered into force on 5 October 2019.
Abstract

This Order, based on the provisions of the Slovenian Agricultural Act, adopts the Programme for the promotion and information of the public on quality schemes, with emphasis on ecological quality scheme and selected quality scheme, for the period until 30 June 2021 (also meant for milk and meat production and processing sectors, fruits, vegetables, cereals, oilseeds, wine grapes and honey). Aid that is regulated in this Programme shall be granted in accordance with the provisions of the Commission Regulation (EU) No. 702/2014 declaring certain categories of aid in the agricultural and forestry sectors and in rural areas compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. The Annex is part of this publication (Programme for promotion and informing the public about quality schemes, with emphasis on ecological quality scheme and selected quality scheme).
