Abstract

This Order prescribes the method for implementation of the international standard for use of integrated measures for systemic approach in managing the risk of harmful organisms no. 14 (given in the Annex of this text). This standard was adopted in March 2002 at the fourth session of the Commission for Phytosanitary Measures. This standard prescribes the guidelines for the development and evaluation of integrated measures in the system approach as a way to manage the risk of harmful organisms according to the appropriate international standards for risk analysis of harmful organisms, prescribed to meet the phytosanitary conditions for import of plants, plant products and other objects.
