This text entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 3 January 2020), and it shall be valid until 31 March 2022.
Abstract

This Order, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on plant health, determines that: it is prohibited to introduce into the Republic of Serbia the harmful organism of the virus of brown wrinkle of the tomato fruit - Tomato brown rugose fruit virus (ToBRFV), for the aims of preventing the spread of the same on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Plants for planting, within the meaning of this Order, are plants for planting of the species Solanum lycopersicum L. and Capsicum annuum L. including seeds. When entering the Republic of Serbia, all consignments of the mentioned plants for planting are subject to a special phytosanitary inspection and must be accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate. See points 4, 5 and 6 of this text for further details and additional imposed practices and obligations (including phytosanitary certificate issues).
