Abstract This Order determines the manner for implementation international standard for phytosanitary treatments for regulated harmful organisms no. 28-given in the Annex of this text. This standard provides in its annexes the phytosanitary treatments, which have been evaluated and adopted by the Commission for Phytosanitary Measures (SRM). It also describes the procedures for submitting and evaluating the effectiveness of data and other relevant information on phytosanitary treatments, which will be used as phytosanitary measures and will be included in annexes 1-14, after their adoption. The treatments are for the control of certain depots of regrouped harmful organisms, primarily those moving in international trade.
