Abstract

This Order, based on the provisions of the Veterinary Law (Republika Srpska), determines the measures for suppression and prevention of the occurrence and spread of avian influenza on the territory of the Republika Srpska. A circle of at least 10 kilometers is determined for the endangered area around the farm where the presence of avian influenza was confirmed, including the infected area. In order to control and prevent the occurrence and spread of avian influenza specific detailed measures are laid down in articles 4 and 5 of this text.
