Abstract This Order, based on the provisions of the Serbian Water Law, here establishes and provides for the Operational Plan for flood defense for the year 2023. Data required for the effective implementation of flood defense, including the names of legal entities that implement flood defense against external and internal waters and ice accumulation, the names of flood defense managers and other persons responsible for the implementation of flood defense against external and internal waters and accumulation of ice, names of sectors and sections, protective water objects, protected flood areas, melioration areas, drainage system objects, criteria and conditions for declaring regular and extraordinary flood defenses from external and internal waters and ice accumulation, relevant water meters (hydrological stations) and meteorological stations and points for observation of ice phenomena, are determined by the this Operational Plan.
