Abstract

Retail commercial activities are suspended, with the exception of the activity of selling food and basic necessities identified in Annex 1, both in the context of neighbourhood businesses, as well as in the medium and large-scale distribution, also included in commercial centers, provided that access is permitted only to the aforementioned activities. All weekly open markets are also suspended, both for the food and non-food sector. The so-called "h24" automatic dispensers which distribute drinks and packaged foods are closed. The activity of the agricultural sector, zootechnical agro-food processing including the supply chains that supply goods and services is granted; canteen and continuous catering services are permitted on a contractual basis, for public and private facilities, penitentiaries, health and social and health structures and support for vulnerable groups of the population. Only home-delivery catering is allowed in compliance with hygiene and health standards; for productions lines is reccomended to promote smart working, anticipate holidays, suspends not necessary sections and to respect hygiene standards
