Abstract

The present Regulation is compulsory for all legal persons irrespectively of the form of property and organizational and legal form entitled to carry out activity of processing, handling, utilization, storage, disposal, transportation and transfer over customs border of the Russian Federation of radioactive substances and radioactive waste, by Federal Executive Bodies and Regional Executive Bodies, by the Russian Academy of Sciences that carry out within their plenary powers the respective state
