Abstract

This Order is enacted in accordance with the Animal Diseases Act, No. 59 of 1992. The Order declares that the animal diseases set out in the Schedule hereto shall be deemed to be specified diseases for the purposes of the Act. The Declaration published in the Gazette Extraordinary No. 1,457/21 of August 11, 2006 is hereby rescinded.
