Abstract

This Order establishes microbiological values and other standards and methods of control for water used in fish processing. Article gives a definition of “processing water” whereas article 2 gives a definition of “clean seawater”. In order to guarantee the quality of processing water, regular control programs such as monitoring and auditing of water as described in article 3 shall be carried out. Frequency and method of microbiological and physical-chemical testing are prescribed in article 4.
