Abstract

This Order recognizes the standard specifications for fresh, frozen and processed fish and fishery products as set out in the Schedule. Standard specifications include: specifications for maximum residual limits for antibiotics, pesticides and heavy metals in fish and fishery products; and specifications for shrimp, prawns, lobsters, cephalods, crab and crab meat, clams, mussels, etc. fresh or frozen.
