Abstract

President of the Federal Fisheries Committee, in connection with structural reformation of the managing authorities of the fishing industry and for the purpose of regulating the activity of the Tasting council for the examination of samples of fish-based foodstuffs and fish products, orders to validate the Regulation. Tasting council attached to the Federal Fisheries Committee is set up for the purpose of organoleptic valuation of the quality of fish-based foodstuffs and fish products and is guided in its activity by the present Regulation. The document consists of 4 Sections. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 establishes the main tasks of the Tasting council. Section 3 establishes the rights of the Tasting council. Section 4 determines the modalities of activity of the Tasting council.
