Abstract

President of the State Customs Committee orders to give a new wording to the issue 5: “Heads of customs offices, heads of the organizations of the State Customs Committees must forward to inter-regional territorial branches of the Federal Survey on Nuclear and Radioactive Safety entitled to carry out inspection of the respective objects of customs offices, and to the regional divisions of the State Customs Committee (copies) the following documents: notification of receipt of radioisotope devices in accordance with the form specified in the operation instructions within 10 days upon receipt; information regarding nuclear disasters and nuclear emergencies by telephone within 24 hours after exposure and in the written form within 15 days’ period; organizational and methodical documents regulating ensuring radiation safety in the process of carrying out authorized activity within 30 days from the date of their validation; acts of inventory of radioisotope devices and accounts of the state of radiation safety at the objects under jurisdiction of the State Customs Committee.
