Abstract

The President of the State Committee on Land Policy, for the purpose of carrying out the arrangements envisaged by the Federal Special Program "Development of land reform in the Russian Federation for the period of 1999-2002", orders to validate the General Plan of the activity of the Committee concerning realization of the above-mentioned Program. The heads of the divisions of the State Committee on Land Policy are authorized to elaborate the respective general plans of the activity for the realization of regional programs of the development of land reform and to set up the regional directions for carrying out current management, co-ordination and control over the realization of the regional programs. The Direction of the Program is entitled to carry out the co-ordination of the General Plan of the activity of the Committee concerning realization of the above-mentioned Federal Special Program.
